Working hours per day are 7 hours and 40 minutes.

In accordance with "work style reform," we will not force excessive overtime work. In addition, out of the basic working hours of 8 hours, when coming to work / leaving work with 10 minutes to change clothes at both times. Start your day by slowly changing clothes.

How we use the hourly paid leave system.

Paid leave can be taken in hourly increments (up to a maximum of 40 hours).
"I can adjust my working hours to suit my lifestyle, making it easier to balance work and private life (hospital visits, picking up and dropping off children, hobbies, etc.)." Let's make good use of paid leave on an hourly basis to further enrich your private life.

"Resort Trust Hotel" is available for use.

We have acquired membership rights for the members-only resort hotels "Sanctuary Court Takayama" and "Exiv Toba Bettei." We are giving the right to use the hotel as a gift to the employees who have been active. They are very beautiful hotels and have received great reviews.

Supporting Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

For it to be easy for women to work, we are working to improve the environment. In response to the opinions of female employees, we have extended the shortened working hours system for childcare to third grade elementary school students (9 years old). And by 2024, percentage of female employees 35% or more, ratio of female managers of 10% or more is our aim.
