■Purchase
A job that is responsible for purchasing parts, materials, and raw materials from external sources. The main role of procurement is to order the necessary items in sufficient quantities at a low cost from suppliers when needed. This job requires "information analysis skills" and "communication skills."

■Quality control
This job plays an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of products. It is a vital job that supports the reliability of the company. It involves developing quality standards, conducting inspections, and analyzing the causes when quality issues arise, as well as implementing improvements to provide better products. ■Administration
The General Affairs division is responsible for supporting the smooth progress of work in each department. They oversee the promotion of work style reforms, purchase of necessary materials and supplies, creation and storage of required documents, and management of various contracts to ensure that each department can carry out its operations smoothly.

■Welding
Welding is the process of melting metal to join it. TRIX's welding process focuses on automation using robots to minimize the variation in products that occurs when they are processed by humans, resulting in high-quality products.

■Surface treatment
One of the features of TRIX's surface treatment line is "flexible production". It responds flexibly to customer requests while maintaining a high level of quality unified across the group.
The surface treatment of TRIX consists of three types of plating: zinc plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, and electroless nickel plating, as well as cationic electrodeposition coating.

■Production management
A job that is responsible for properly managing all production operations in accordance with the production plan. By managing appropriately, an efficient production system aimed to maximize profits is ensured.

■Assembly
Based on the know-how accumulated over 37 years, we carry out stable operations including parts management, assembly, inspection, and shipping. With many split and synchronized deliveries, the representative parts, such as the intake manifold assembly, are delivered every hour linked to the engine assembly production. Therefore, speed and accuracy are required.

■Maintenance
The main job is "equipment maintenance" on the manufacturing floor. In a factory controlled by many production facilities, equipment, and systems, maintaining stable high operating rates and productivity is crucial, and therefore the maintenance of production equipment is important.

■Mold design

■Production technology
