The products produced by TRIX are installed in automobiles (four-wheeled and two-wheeled) produced and sold by the world's largest automobile manufacturers Honda (Honda Motor Co., Ltd.) and Toyota (Toyota Motor Corporation). In addition, it is a major feature that it produces parts in many categories such as body, interior, seat, frame, engine, transmission, etc. In addition, we are working on new fields such as EV parts and millimeter wave radar that respond to changes in the automotive industry. In addition to being involved in a wide range of parts for various car models, our strength is that we can respond to a wide range of products such as monthly production of 10 pieces or less ~ 100,000 pieces, which leads to trust from customers.

There are many companies in the manufacturing industry that specialize in one field, but there are few companies like ours that are involved from the development stage and have a system that can consistently design, press processing, welding, surface treatment, assembly, performance evaluation, inspection, and shipment of jigs and molds. By having such an integrated system, we have accumulated a wide range of technologies and at the same time have gained great trust from our customers. In addition to proposing to shorten multiple processes by batch pressing, etc., on the other hand, our strength is that we can propose cost reductions by dividing the press processing of products with complex shapes and pressing + welding.
Global Expansion to
Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico
TRIX has not only offices and affiliates in Japan, but also offices in Thailand, Indonesia, and Mexico, and is developing sales and production activities from a global perspective. In Japan, there are mainly Honda-related products, while in Thailand, the ratio of Honda and Toyota products is 1:1, and we are promoting business activities unique to our overseas bases. We have accumulated a track record of working overseas, and the number of cases where we receive new work in Japan with customers with whom we have not had business until now has increased. On the other hand, we may also expand our business by applying the technology accumulated in Japan overseas to expand our business. With the progress of globalization, opportunities to play an active role overseas, such as short-term business trips and overseas assignments, are increasing.
Improving in-house technologies and skills and
measuring with "Skills Olympic"
Technology is the foundation for TRIX to be trusted by customers and grow. Therefore, since 2011, the "Skills Olympic" has been held as an event to improve the technic and skills of employees while also promoting them outside the company. The competition items are 10 contests and 12 events (lift, pressing, technology, welding, chemical production, assembly, quality, personal computers, clerical work, and shipping), and anyone from Group companies and overseas offices can participate, new employees can also participate. The top three finishers will be recognized by the president and presented with medals and trophies.
