As a result, we succeeded in semi-automating the welding process, which had been carried out by human-wave tactics for many years, and the line design has become firmly established. By automating it, we minimize the variation in products caused by human processing, and by concentrating on quality judgment of welding technology that humans cannot do with machines, we are creating good products. In addition, as the number of joining technologies adopted in the automotive industry is increasing, we are also taking on the challenge of new bonding technologies and evolving steadily.

When welding processing equipment is in operation, CO2 is generated.
Trix has evolved the welding processing equipment to a new automation line in order to reduce CO2 emissions and has been working on reducing operational hours. As a result, we have been able to reduce CO2 emissions and create an environmentally friendly welding process. We will continue to work on developing processes with a focus on achieving carbon neutrality.
