Although I was brought up in Mie prefecture for many years, sometimes public transportation has not functioned sufficiently, and in my life the image of the necessity of a car was strong. Therefore, I wanted to work including cars that I feel necessary for my life. When I started job hunting, I found TRIX as a job offer at school. Somehow I felt "destiny". I went to a factory tour I went in the summer, it is not too difficult. I feel that everyone is actively working. I can find a local job and I want to work at TRIX.

When I actually joined the company, my department was a lot older, so I was worried about whether I could adapt because of age gap. But everyone touched friendly, there was nothing to worry at all. There is no hierarchy by age or severe hierarchical relationship, so even if you are young you can ask your opinion properly and treat it as a single servant. Then I am glad and it is also rewarding. I think that I am glad I joined the company.

The chemical conversion division to which I belong belongs to a series of collaborative work as we process with large facilities using everyone. Team work is more important than individuals to do anything. I think that the place where "people are good" has many frank and easy people who produce this exquisite team work is the most attractive.

Today, I tried various things such as inspection and processing in order to remember various things in the chemical chemistry department of the chemical conversion department. Especially, we mainly do inline inspection. It is very difficult to inspect the quality and processing of the finished product at the same time inside the equipment. I am busy because I check the product. However, there is no defective item, and if the day can be over, there is a sense of accomplishment. There was a moon that was missing a defect item on my line. Every day I am delighted that there is a sense of accomplishment that can be safely produced.

Currently I am an operator, I have more experience, Either way, I would like to entrust facility management. I hope if you can install equipment and manage equipment. I am still in the third year. However, in the future, I want to set up overseas facilities as well. I would like to start a new cation line from scratch from the beginning at a new factory. I'd like to try out overseas with a lot of experience in Japan.
